I thought Casavant was right on when he made that comment about a powerlifter throwing your ass into a wall and making you look like a bitch. I've seen it happen. And I'm not the biggest guy, but I'm carrying a few extra pounds I'm gonna DNP and Clen off, and I'll whup someone's ass in a hurry. As for genetics/thyroid problems not being a viable excuse, kiss my ass. Like you've got a PhD in science. I know a woman who is big, and her thyroid is barely active, she takes medicene to treat it. Its not her fault. It would, however, be at least part her fault if she ate 5000 calories a day or something, but she eats healthy. Genetics play a role as well, if both of your parents are over 6' tall, you can expect to be a tall bastard. If both of your parents are over 300lbs, being fat is likely in your future unless you work at it. And I'm not saying regular work at it. Someone with endomorphic/fat genetics is going to have to put in extra time and extra effort to be lean. This is a situation I'm in. Of course, everyone helps their own cause. It does make it a bit harder to feel sympathy when you see a large person eating a whole bag of doritos or something. But I think that even if you claim you dont like fat people, you probably do. Some of those comments were funny, but they were only funny b/c we're in such a superficial society. A lot of us wouldnt be here trying to make ourselves look better thru 'chemistry' if our society wasnt. Just lighten up your views a lil on it, and try to help them if you truly feel larger people are so bad. Just my $0.02...
