it depends on your behavior. if you stuff your face it better be high protein/mod carbs/mod fats creatine, ect.. i made the mistake of bulking with whatever and it was a disaster. my face broke out so horridly i get chillz thinking about it
result would be great if you are dedicated to your workout and diet...that all there is to say. As in many other posts....Diet is 60%, weight training and cardio are30% and AAS are 10% of a great body...whether cutting fat or bulking.

ok awesome....now my next question is, which steroids do i use? how much of it? how do i cycle it? (also, this is my first time, and i dont want to use any injectables in at least the first cycle)....so any input would be greatly appriciated.
