Whats up Bros
I am now in my second week of running 250mg CYP with 200mg deca. Im looking to lose some fat around the belly area. My question is how much cardio can I do before I start to lose muscle mass? Or any other suggestion on the fat loss.
I have a high protien diet, Low carb diet. The most carbs I take are from Cell tech after the work out.
