Here's the stuff i'm taking EOD on cardio days

ECA + Synephrine + Tyrosine
Green Tea (drink, not capsule)
Fish Oil
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Nicotine Patches (10.5 mg delivered over 24 hrs)

I was a little worried about adding Nicotine and leaving the patch on for so long, but no addiction. I forgot to put it on before leaving for school Friday. Anyways, appetite decreasing big time, in fact i have to shove down tuna and protein shakes (spiked w/two-three tbsp of olive or fish oil) to keep from not eating, and I prefer tuna since it has very little taste.
 
if your looking to lean out i would just differ your diet. sure, taking all that extra stuff is a plus but you should really go for a high protein low carb diet. carbs decending throughout each week, don't just drop them completely.
well shit, maybe i should ask, whats your diet look like?
 
I'm on TKD (3 1/2 weeks), so carbs are minimal and taken during my workout and chased down w/ protein shake, and on cardio days, nearly zero carbs. So diet's not too bad of a problem. I'm giving it time. The usual male areas are starting to firm up. I basically told you what I eat on cardio days, adds up to about 4 cans of tuna w/ 30 grams protein each, and two tbsp olive oil (14 grams fat per tbsp), and two unflavored 40% whey, 60% milk isolate shakes at 30 grams spiked w/ three tbsp olive oil. And if i'm at school and need a quick fix, I order a plain wendy's double cheeseburger and ditch the buns.

As for the days I lift weights, I use no thermogenics or nicotine, and I usually eat fatty meats w/ romaine lettuce and olive oil (6 meals per day). I don't take any protein powders that day unless I have to.

So yeah I'm just weathering the storm and plan on getting past the fourth week. Then doing another month or so...
 
I have never smoked and don't plan to, but i'm around people who smoke. Nicotine cycled every other day hasn't made me addicted. I think you can order them online real cheap, but you can find them at drug stores.
