Fat Loss Question - How Should I Run this???

I'm about to start cutting BF and need some advice on how to run the following for max results.

I have:

E.C.A. 32mg / 200mg / 81mg
Yohimbe Bark Extract 1000mg / ml
T4, 100 tabs, 100mg / tab

What would the best way be to include all of these. I have run e.c.a. and yohimbe many times but never T4. I know it is much less effective than T3.
 
i would run the e/c/a/ as normal (3-4X a day spread out with one dose before workouts and if u separate cardio from lifting get another dose b4 that as well)

i have never used the yohimbe so no clue.

u r right T4 is less effective imo for most though some people can get it to work for them as well as T3.

one quick question is that really 100mg tablets or 100mcg tablets? i would run the T4 like T3. how long were you planning on running everything total?

Sorry, 100mcg tabs is correct.

This is what I was thinking.

- e.c.a for 8 weeks. 5 days on 2 off, benadryl on off days
one dose in AM - weights 1 hour later
one dose in afternoon - cardio 3 hours later

- 1000mg Yohime extract with each e.c.a dose

- T4 ramp up to 300mcg / day
100/200/300 for 28 days/ ramp down slowly 200/200/150/150/100/100/50/50

All this time I will be eating very clean, only fruit / oats as carb source in AM and PWO.
Protein will remain heavy all day - about 1lb of fish and 4 cups broccoli for main meal.
Whey drinks all day.
Calorie deficit - 2500cals a day
Cardio 30 min / day - 7 days a week
Weights 5 days a week

I think this should get me close to my 8% I want within 2 months - I sit at about 13% now.

What's your thoughts?

Edit / Note: I get no bad sides from e.c.a or yohimbe.
 
t4 converts to t3 .. pure t3 is far better for fat loss .. unless hgh is included in the cycle and that is still questionable
 
No need to run the benadryl until week 3 but run it a week straight at bedtime.

if u want u can still take the two days a week off of the e/c/a but it won't help your receptors much if that was the reasoning.

I think 300mcg is a little high but i have seen bro's go up to 400mcg. i say 200mcg max but that is just me. i would taper up a little slower by steps of 25mcgs every 3rd day and taper down twice as slow.

2500cals deficient everyday?????

2500 cals / day - which is a deficit for me - not much of one but enough to lose some BF and stay strong during workouts. I think I would run even at about 3000 / day so really as long as I'm between 2500 and 3000 I'll be alright

I understand the purpose of tapering down but why taper up so slowly.

sorry i thought u meant you were going 2500cals less every day than u normall would (i.e. normally u have 4000 but now u take 2500 less so u r eating 1500 cals.....lol)

A starting dose of 100 mcgs is pretty powerful (for those it works on). Most doctors start at 50 and gradually taper up every few weeks from there to avoid a sudden surge of T3 levels. You will have no idea how quickly, if at all, your body will convert T4 to T3.

Sort of dumb question but how will I know if it works on me?

I know if it works I'll see weight loss but are there sides that would make it obvious?

The reason I chose T4 over T3 is because I don't want to force my body to do something that may harm my thyroid. The T4 to T3 is a natural conversion so I thought this way I just maximize a process. E.C.A. is enough of a forced thermogenic for me.
 
well other than the obvious physical (increased metabolism, fat loss, etc) u really cant be for sure without a doctor testing your levels.

i wanna say that the mean conversion rate is 37.5% in a study i read.

Time to start working on business ideas like needto - e-books, fitness products etc...

my only business plan right now is my body. that is one of the biggest investments i c in the long run.
