I am looking to start a routine in which i lose fat and water under the skin. I am starting a cycle of LIPOFLAME for fat loss and was wondering if there is something(supplements) that would help to lose the water under the skin as well.
I usually work out in the afternoon 4-5 times a week followed by a 20 to 30 minute cardio.
Do not really want to lose the muscle mass I already have, just a little fat loss and water.
