fat loss help please ?

i am 285 6' tall and about 25% bf

im on 100mg of test cyp for hormone problems

i have tried ever diet out there and have spent a lot of money also , herbal life, atkins, metibolic diet, body for life, slim fast , body rx , little if no progress at all ,

i cant take any stimulats because of anxeity problems

is there any thing i can take or use , winny, thyrolean, anything , mabye new diet tech. if someone has something that works for bigger guys

right now i eat 5-6 small meals protien , complex carbs and flax

i train 3 times a week and do cardio 5 times for 40 min


please help me
 
Have you had your thyroid checked? Also, you say no diet has worked, but have you given it sufficient time? It really takes time to see a decrease in fat when on a diet. Try cutting your carbs. This will help you lose a little weight. Are you taking any meds for your anxiety problem? I, like you, could not take e/c/a for a long time because of anxiety but when I finally found something that helped my anxiety, I was able to do so. Well, at least clen. ALA 1000mgs/day..www.kilosports.com has it,NYC stack from www.anabolicfitness.net also got some other fat burners...up the protein take ginger root at 500-1000mgs RIGHT before each meal...keep the carbs low around 30% try to do cardio before breakfast...also e/c/a/y stack is great can you take those?iam thinking not so the NYC is out too?..also and hit some fina at 75mgs ed for 6 weeks on week 7 make it eod...winny at 50mgs ed for 3 weeks last 3 weeks at 50mgs eod...or anavar at 40-60mgs with creatine...train 2 days on 1 day off then then 2 days on 2 days off...clomid post cycle if you hit a roid cycle..also if you hit t3 at 25mcg is good for 5 weeks take t3 with roids so you dont lose muscle
 
can some one give me some info on keto

and is there any fat burners that work that dont give you anxiety ?

The problem is that if these guys have anxiety problems, fina and winny will probably aggrevate it.
 
damn winny might but will fina?i never knew that...then hit anavar...winny will get you depressed after a cycle if you end with winny so leave winny out
 
or if you want to hit winny take it with some roids and keep running some roids after the winny try that i know some people that do that and are fine
 
Ultra I agree fully with both of the above statements. Anavar, always leans me out, even at 20mgs/day. And coming off winny, you will crash hard
