Fat loss and steriods

The guys are right.. but don't use steroids ... diet and exercise as a first resort please...

Then use stimulants if you want an extra edge... try the Af store, not steroids.....

I would say that low amounts of test combined with some Oxandrolone will do the trick, of course you have to eat lean and bust your ass in the gym.
I would do something like this:
test enanth: 100 mg every 15 days and oxandrolone 10 mg ed.

If she doesn't want to get huge I am sure she doesn't want her clit to grow from the test...
 
I think that steroid use among women and i know daisy and alot of the other women will agree seems to be growing nad although it's not a no no. It should never be a first resort. It should also only be consider after alot of thorough research after weighing the pros and cons and after all other venues have been tried.

I agree. It amazes me how many people, on this site included, are using AAS and don't have anything close to a perfect diet. Nor do they work out properly. I tell people I know "if you can't get yourself under 10% body fat on your own you don't have the dedication it takes to get results". It pisses them off but its true. I'm not saying that is the case on this thread though. This person is probing the subject. I know the ladies will let her know all about a proper diet etc on their board.

And It's also nice to let us know a bit about you, height weight, goals your current diet and training :)

All that is necessary in order to truly evaluate and give out any advice that might be useful

Muscle burns calories. More muscle == more calories burned (in a 24 hour period)

More calories burned == more fat burned

More fat burned == weight loss

Just remember, Calories In < Calories Out :

Otherwise you'll build muscle, but still have a gluttony of fat lying around. Create muslce with a proper diet to encourage maximum fat utilization during the process.

Hi CC... I'm 5' 4, 160 and am currently running, biking and using some weights. I've only recently gained 30 lbs (due to medication mostly) so I'm not sure how much I can reasonable lose, but I'm doing my best! As for food, I had some help planning a diet so am doing oatmeal, salads and tuna. Weee!
