Fat loss and steriods

I know very little about steroids, but since I have been getting more serious about bodybuilding, I'm curious. I need to lose about 15 more lbs of fat before I can really see any definition but am wondering how steroids affect either fat loss of gain. Or does it have no effect? Also, what works well for women? I don't want to be huge, just well formed and strong. Picture Monica Brant.

Steroids don't really cause any weight loss; your diet and training will affect that more than drugs.
 
diet and cardio! :) I think if I were a female, I'd bust my ass on the eliptical trainer ed post weightlifting 5-7 days a week for 3-6 months. I personally use the eliptical trainer each day (or almost each day). Set it on a light level, like level 1-3, and eventually work your way up to running speed. I usually keep the trainer moving about 10.9 - 12 (rpms or mps) or on the older trainers it would be around 93-95. I started out only being able to do about 10 minutes before giving up and now i can do over an hour. A usual week for me is mon - 30 minutes, tues 20, wed 30, thurs 20, friday 30, and saturday or sunday I stay on it for 60 minutes. I went from 19% bf to 6.8 over a course of 6 months using this program, changing my diet, no steroids, and just working out hard. The key to the eliptical trainer is moving at a pace where you are constantly sweating. I know i side tracked the issue of using steroids for weightloss, but i think if you go down this route, you'll see some pretty amazing results pretty quickly. I noticed a big change within 3 months and the ultimate result in 6. Just remember, it took you years to pack on the weight, it will take some time to get it off. I personally think once you have achieved you desired look and weight, if you then want to try steroids - then obviously, thats up entirely your decision..

You might want to check into the female discussion group which steroids would be best - being that you are a female. I think females use primo or winny, but i'm not entirely true on that, bump for more peeps responses..
 
What Steroids do, for you on a weight loss(cutting cycle) is stop muscle loss that usually comes with strict dieting, especially when using T3 or DNP neither of which you need to use if you only need to lose 15lbs. Dial Tone is 100% correct that Diet and Training are the main things to focus on. Currently I am on a cutting cycle and stalled with fat loss and lost some muscle, so My current cycle looks like this:

D-bol weeks 1-3 20mg day
Tren(fina) weeks 1-12 80mg day
T3 25mcgs day weeks 1-12
Clen Buterol 50mcgs day weeks 1&2, 100mcgs day5&6,9&10& week 12
ECA(ephedrine25mg/caffeine200mg/aspirin 5grains)stack 2xday weeks3&4,7&8,and 11.This is a good cycle for a male but very bad for a female.
For women the only really safe steroid is Anavar which I would not use without alot of research on your part start with the diet board and the women's forum and ask daisy and Velvett before using any AAS or ancillaries.

I remember i saw one that had as results that testosterone can be more helpfull in the fat loss progress than Human growth hormone itself, considering you are a female,
I would say that low amounts of test combined with some Oxandrolone will do the trick, of course you have to eat lean and bust your ass in the gym.
I would do something like this:
test enanth: 100 mg every 15 days and oxandrolone 10 mg ed.
