Fat in the middle.

i can't seem to lose what's left of the fat around my middle. I do crunches, I really watch what I eat. I do cardio 5 times aweek before lifting. what am I doing wrong?
 
You aren't watching what you eat closely enough.

Describe the cardio.

Crunches don't do any good for that, really. It may actually make the bulge look bigger.

Its all in the diet, cardio is just another way to cut the calories! Post your diet, it’s probably not as clean as you think.

But Pintoca is right cardio is to be done after the weights, or on a separate occasion altogether (early in the morning, before you eat seams to works bes)
