fat gut.

can anyone give me some pointers as to what i can do to loose the fat from the midsection?
i am doing the bycicle exersize on the floor with knee raises (hanging) and crunches on the ball.
i was looking at doing a low-carb diet (keeping carbs below 75g per day) but wondered if that would affect the gains i will get on EQ and test.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

i was gettin fed up with the 'oh yeah this shit works' routine.
thats why i turned to the ppl on here who i can trust

by the way, ill always be fuckin jealous untill i get rid of my spare tyre!!!! lol
 
cut out all the starch..ie..bread, pasta,rice ect..and of course sugar....good luck and keep us posted
 
hey MOD.
what about no carbs after 7pm?
i hate to pick your brains but...
breakfast: grapefruit whole, no sugar and one low fat yogurt

lunch: EAS meal replacement drink with 2 carbs and a carbsolutions bar with 2 carbs
lotrs of water!!!


evening meal: chicken or steak with lots of green veggies

throughout day: 3 or 4 protein whey drinks mixed with 2%fat milk and the odd creatine phosphogenHP drink

what do you think.
if i need to change anything please help!!!!

there are more quailfied guys on the board then i in regards to dieting.....im still trying to hone mine in right now....but i would say not to eat any carbs at night...

if you can try doing cardio in the am on an empty stomache...you should start to see a big change...you could also throw in some GH as well:D
 
I'm not Mod, but if your metabolism is slow then you may want to cut carbs at around 4 or 5. Also you're gonna lose a lot of muscle since it doesn't look like your getting many calories at all. Another suggestion would be to get rid of the eas products. They're too damn expensive. Breakfast is okay but you could add some oatmeal for some carbs. For lunch a chicken breast and a little carbs if fine. The more frequent whole food you eat, the faster your metabolism will be. But this doesn't mean eat a lot but spread the meals throughout the day. Personally red meat is off limits when cutting due to the high fat content. The protein shakes are cool too. Hope this helps. Oh yea and eggs whites should become a staple also. Good luck
 
i like to get jacked on hydroxycut when im dieting i find it helps me workout, and stay awake when on a low carb diet cause my energy goes to shit. it rips up my girl also.
