after working hard in the gym for the last few years, working out between
four and six nights nights a week. Eating around five or six small meals a day,
making sure I get the required protein through promax shakes. I have gained
30lb in weight, all my lifts have progressed to respectable levels (and still increasing), and my physique has changed beyond recognition.
so why do I feel so embarassed and pissed off.
Because for the first time in a long while, I caught sight of myself in the
mirror of a hotel bedroom. The level of bodyfat I have gained along with the
muscle really got me down.
Do I continue my current regime, or cut back on the calories and halt/slow
current growth????????
As of this date no AS have been taken, But I (had ) have planned a 1st cycle
for next year.
Still pissed off.
