fat gain

after working hard in the gym for the last few years, working out between
four and six nights nights a week. Eating around five or six small meals a day,
making sure I get the required protein through promax shakes. I have gained
30lb in weight, all my lifts have progressed to respectable levels (and still increasing), and my physique has changed beyond recognition.

so why do I feel so embarassed and pissed off.

Because for the first time in a long while, I caught sight of myself in the
mirror of a hotel bedroom. The level of bodyfat I have gained along with the
muscle really got me down.

Do I continue my current regime, or cut back on the calories and halt/slow
current growth????????

As of this date no AS have been taken, But I (had ) have planned a 1st cycle
for next year.

Still pissed off.
 
If you keep bulking you're just going to get fatter.

The decision is really up to you.

If you feel down now think of how you'll feel with even more fat.

If it was me I'd do a cutting cycle until you're more confident with your level of bodyfat, then start bulking again.

let me see the diet and your stats and DON'T leave anything out.......
 
Just drop the cals bro...simple as that. You're probably getting more than enough protein, all the excess is just extra calories. Like the guy above said...post up your diet.
