Fat Free Pringles? for cutting?

I just saw these fat free pringles (Sour cream n onion)in the store aisle yesterday. I need something to eat with my tuna/Salsa. Taste AWESOME btw. Here's the Nutritional info, incase u ppl haven't seen this:
Serving Size 15 chips (i'd only need about 8 pieces per meal)

Is this ok to eat if i'm on eq,fina,winny cycle??? I'd eat with 2 cans tuna/Chunky Salsa. THanks.
 
Try whwht pita chips, you can either make them yourself or get them at any whole grain/natural food store. They are really good and better for you, not as processed.

Hey, something we agree on :D j/k man.. But like he said, avoid them. A serving w/ a meal once a day isn't going to hurt, but I've eaten these before, and it is very easy to over eat on these. So more than likely you're taking in like 3-5 servings when you eat them, so the carbs are added up pretty quickly.

Well, its not the 15g's of carbs, its things like hydrogenated oils that are in them that i, personally, try to avoid.
