N NateDogg New member Feb 3, 2002 #8 Bump for ddc to back-up his one-liner. The only thing I can think of as to why dairy would be bad for cutting would be the sugar in it. We are currently out of cheese at my place, but I am willing to be that there is not much sugar in it! NateDogg

cozmokramer New member Feb 3, 2002 #11 Skim milk still containls lactose... lactose can easily turn to fat... drink the lactaid 100 milk... the taste is the SAME as skim and will not convert to fat because there is not lactose
