It looks pretty... but I'm not a fan of fructose and therefore do not support ANY of the fruit related meals. Also, when someone names a drink "Long Life Cocktail" it's pretty much a big sign that says, we rip you off with insuperior products and superior marketing techniques ... (with which we will swindle poor senior citizens into wasting their social security funds on and in turn depleting SS for all the kids who are currently paying into it) k sry I haven't slept much last few days bye.

Iced, I'm being serious. It doesn't look like it has much scientific backing. Fruit for every meal? High gi, easily liver stored sugars... I don't see the benefits here... except for the fact that you're going to have a caloric deficiency. =/ wasn't trying to be a dick where's the <3 ?

I did it once--for two weeks--i'm not a bb so can't really reflect on that aspect but it's alright--helped me to restructure my habits, I was getting out of control. I lost five pounds in two weeks, I thought that was typical for the effort I made, didn't cheat--didn't really like the cocktail thing--kind of gross drinking fiber roughage. Overall it wasn't to hard and I did drop a couple pounds and get back into my good eating routine afterwards--I wouldn't recommend it long term.
