Ok so heres my stats:

Age: 20
Height: 5'10
Weight: 265
Waist: 40"
Body fat: not sure but probably really high

I have a really slow metabolism (used to have a really high one and was having sezures and blood sugar problems (when i was 10 years old) so I ended up on some homeopathic thing that slowed it down and fixed the problem but I've been gaining weight ever sense

My goal is to get down to 200 and I don't want to take forever to do it. I've been reading lots of threads on the board and this is what I'm looking to do:

Diet: low carb, high protein

Exercise: I can't really get to the gym right now so I'm going to go for lots of jump rope and pushups

Suppliments: Going to try Xenadrine

So, I'm looking for suggestions for tailoring a diet/exercise plan for me, hopefully from some people who have been in a similar situation.

Try for 1g per pound bodyweight in protein.
12*bw for calories.

Do some type of cardio (I like walking, tends to work well for me) for 30 minutes eod before eating.

If you cant make it to the gym do what you can, but losing muscle isnt a big concern right now due to high-leptin levels.

I was 22% bodyfat (Im 18 at 10-11%) last year as a result of some stupid choices I made, the road back is long and sometimes hard but if you stick with it even if you slip up a few times, It will work out.

To tell you the truth, I bought Lyle McDonald's ketogenic diet (if you dont know who he is, he is basically the diet guru of bodybuilding) book and it helped me out more than anything. Yes you can recieve the same advice on the board but knowing the science behind what your doing and having everything including calories etc laid out for you is a godsend plus a forum in which he asnwers questions for you to voice your concerns.. check out www.theketogenicdiet.com for ordering info, etc.
