Fat choices on a ckd

I have started a ckd using mr.x's manual, and i was wondering if the choices of fats will affect my outcome. For example, on day one and two where each of my meals has 35 gms and 30 gms of fat would it matter if some of my fat comes from slad dressing with 1 gm carbs per serving? or if my fat in the morning came from cream cheese, or sharp cheddar cheese (all assuming i stay under the 6 gms of carbs per meal)?
Thanks

Technically, it doesn't really matter: FAT IS FAT...but I prefer EFA's (essential fatty acids) in people's diet: e.g, flaxseed oil, walnut oil, olive oil etc.

ok, good. most of my fat has been coming from flax and olive oil. Some of it has also been coming from mixed nuts (one serving just makes it with 6 grams of carbs.) Also Mr. X, i jsut wanted to say nice job on the ckd manual, really easy to set up a diet.
Mr. X, i have sent you mail.
Thanks T.S.

Can you count the 5g of fat from an egg into the total fat intake?

Is fat from an egg okay to eat? or should I avoid the yolk and stick with the olive oil?

yes you count it, it's calories

yes the fat is ok,,,you can keep it as long as you account for the carbs in eggs
