Fat Calipers

This nurse at school gave me a pair of fat calipers, but I don'thave a chart and I don't know what the 7 points are to measure. Can anyone help? I did a search online and I can't find any info.

7 points? I have heard only four. The skin between your arm pit and you pec. Your arm skin, to the right of your belly button and on your quad. You have to get the chart to figure out your body fat though. Last time I got checked she didn't do my arm.

I wonder if the points are different for women than for men?
