I am trying to lose about 12lbs and lower fat% on my bod. Currently I am taking LEAN + which breaks down fat faster and drink at least 2 Litres of water daily. I go to the gym 3 times weekly, and I do 45-75mins of cardio. I have cut dairy and red meat from my diet.
Is there something else I should be doing to lose fat?
