Fat burners???

What's up fellow brothas

I am looking for a fat burner- appetite suppressor. I have tried a lot of over the counter ones. They work but they get me realllll jittery an trigger off my anxiety. I take Zoloft for anxiety, but it doesn't counter act the jitters. I wanted to try the N2 burn, but wasn't sure if there were anything in there to give you the jitters?? I am not sensitive to caffeine or whatever is in the 5 hour energy drinks. I just want to cut down a little fat before I start my next cycle in November. I appreciate the help bros.

Clenbuterol

edit: Clen will give you jitters. Most fat burners will because they raise your heart rate OR they use a blend of stimulants, which in turn raises your heart rate.
 
Also look for the last end of the GH fragment, 171-192 I believe. Something like that. Never got any jitters on that during a 5 month usage period.

I didn't like clen because it did nothing to suppress my apetite...e/c/a is money if you can tolerate the sides

Cardiovascular exercise

I know it's not the answer you're looking for and I'm not trying to be a jerk but it will increase your metabolism and burn calories and it will DECREASE your anxiety.

Try it ;)

You are probably already doing some. Try a couple days of HIIT. Find something you like doing and get a good sweat on every day. Yes, you will still build muscle.
 
No way..not with anxiety issues.....

Yeah I edited it right after suggesting clen because of his supposed anxiety issues. It makes my hands shake a tiny bit at 100mcg/day, and I don't have any of the aforementioned social anxiety issues. So it might not be smart for him :D

I was about to suggest CLENBUTEROL myself (low dose)
I would be careful with anything with a stimulant type of effect having anxiety issues.
I think your best bet would be to critique your diet first and see how that helps.

I like stims myself but in the end there are no magic pills, life style changes are the way to achieve amazing goals..
 
Ok, here's the thing. I just got off of a bulking cycle recently. I'm afraid if I don't eat as much as I did, I will lose a considerable amount of my gains? Correct me if I'm wrong. I did gain some fat I'm my stomach area that I'd like to lose. I am kicking up my cardio to 4 days a week 45 min a pop i was doing 2 days 30 min a pop. Long story short, I used to be really over weight guys. Its real ez for my to gain fat in my stomach area. Before I started with AAS. I lost the weight and did that P90X. I lost a ton weight. But I lost a ton of muscle too. I mean I went from 235 with almost 28bf to 159 9bf before I started with AAS. but I didn't look good, I looked starved. Lol. So i got my diet in check started hitting the gym heavier. Gained some of my own weight natty then started up. But on my cycle, I gained some good weight but I also gained it it my stomach. Ok now I am rambling. Sorry guys. Should I cut my carbs in half? And keep the protein the same or higher?? An just hit cardio and lighter weight? The whole thing is, when I lost all that weight I shrunk. I don't want to shrink to that again. Thank you for all the help bros!!

How long have you been off cycle and what does your diet look like now? If you're worried about losing mass then keep your calorie intake only slightly below your maintenance level and keep your cardio to a minumum

Try a 50/20/30 split 300 calories below maintanence and use need2slin (1cap 30min before meals with carbs) stacked with n2burn and position your carbs A.M. pre and post workout.....this should work well for what you're looking to achieve
 
You could also look into a keto style diet; targeted or cycled, they are known to reduce fat whilst maintaining muscle. It's not for the faint of hearted though and requires a lot of discipline - I only managed 4 weeks and just couldn't take it any more, I guess I just love sugar to much lol

Good read and makes a lot of sense, would work great for a summer cycle. Personally I dont mind putting some fat on in the winter to maximize muscle gains...
