Fat Burn and Bipolar

Hi,

I know that most people take stimulants to "rasie" their metabolism (sp?) however, when I take them I go into a manic state. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to burn off fat without taking any stimulants?

bro I know where you're coming from. I get major depressed when I take ECA's for over a week, I guess because I suffer from depression. Here's a thread about how anti-E's may help with fat loss

cuboy, what got my attention was you topic "bipolar."

Are you suffering from bipolar disorder, and if so, are you taking any specific medications? Bipolar disorder is very different than, say, from major clinical depression (DSM IV) and is treated differently.

Yes, I'm on Depakote ER (Sp?). Haven't had much weight gain. But last time I tried stimulants, inparticualr PPA by Mass Quantities, I went to the moon. Cardio and diet does wonders for me, however, I want to get shredded but am unable to lose the fat around my torso (aka love handles). Any replys are welcome.
