fat and protein

Ok, i've heard both sides of this arguement so I'll come here and ask :) After training, should you take any fat with your protein? I've heard 'no' because the fat slows down the protein absorption or something, and i've heard 'yes' because fat helps with the digestion of protein, so more will be digested properly. So what is it?
 
immediately following your last set consume a high glycemic carb (perferably glucose or matodextrin) with CFM whey. no fats!!!!!

keep the fat for the rest of the meals.
 
Alright, but why? When im done lifting I usuall get about 60grams protein(.67grams/lb of bodyweight) and 70grams carbs, mostly sugar (about .7gram/lb of bodyweight), and maybe like 3 grams of fat.
 
because post workout you wanna get your blood sugar level high as fast as possible. fats will slow the process down.
