anyone tried fasttwitch? i personally have nothing bad to say about it. good strenght gains, tremendous pumps and keeps you focused. has some caffine so watch how late you take it.

It would be nice if you would post the company that produces it and its nutritional facts. I personally have never even heard of it.

It's by Cytosport, same people that make Muscle Milk. I've had a few friends who have used it with very minimal results.

I tried it. Made me feel terrible and I took the min. dosage. I'd rather stick to eatting some carbs before hitting the gym to get my pump and my ipod to stay focused.
