So, what ewould fasting for say, 12 days, do to the progress of someone whi lifts/does cardio 4-6 times a week? Medical explanation?

How many days of fasting before it has any negative effects?

if your body gets into a state where it has nothing, or very little, to use for energy it will start to store fat at a higher rate because it goes into starvation mode. it will also begin to break muscle down for energy. very bad.
