Listen I appreciate all and any advice given I was about in the same shape as I am now a year and 1/2 ago and i droped 25 lbs in about 8 weeks and got in pretty good shape. I want to make something clear I have worked out before don't think I haven't. I started working out on and off ever since I was 15. I've wrestled on Divion 2 team and know how to get in shape. I walked into the gym for the first time in 4 months and put up 275 on the flat bench. Not that this any type of acomplishment but not bad for not touching a wieght in 4 to 5 months. I was in worse shape before and dropped the same amount of wieght and got to 13 percet bodyfat in 8weeks. I'm not looking for a miracle drug I do know how to work out not to the extent of a profesional but I do and have rked out in the past. I'll drop the wieght in 8 to 9 weeks what I want is advice on getting to 6 rather then 13 which I know is not easy without steroids. So maybe this gives a better picture. Look forward to all the new responces

unless I missed something, you started a new thread here, I guarantee not everyone read the details of your other post, and those who did may not remember what you wrote.
