This might sound kinda dumb.......I've been working very hard to drop body fat...while im guilty of not counting the exact numbers of protien/carbs/fat i eat everyday i make a great effort to eat every 3 hours high protien /moderate carbs/ low fat....sometimes, however, being on the road and sometimes left without many options i'll get a couple of plain grilled chicken sandwiches from burger king...i know that one non-perfect meal once in a while doesnt hurt but, for me, i try to never have cheat meals because i feel to guilty afterwards....my question is, am i ruining my diet by doing this? does anyone else ever eat fast food in a pinch?
