fast food meal

i would say the best place to get stuff at is arbys if u MUST. just get some roastbeef and cheese with none of the yummy extras. or just get burgers from the other places but again no extras and i dont recommend fast food at all!
 
Done these on a CKD before....

If they have em in your area, El Pollo Loco for charbroiled chicken.

KFC has rotisserie chicken.

Worst case - double 1/4 pounder with cheese and don't eat much of the bun.
 
boston market ....rotisseries chicken, or turkey or ham

wendy's - large chili, baked potatoe, grilled chicken

No MAYO extra lettuce tomato. Remove top bun and eat with knife and fork! Or leave bun and shove down throat!
 
If you have a paneras bread in your area (my current employer, im only in high school) I get a chicken ceaser salad and its amazing!!! not as good for all you cuz i get it for 3 dollars iwth like triple chicken. Boston market is a great thing too!!!

whats wrong with carbs while bulking? go to carl's jr, get a bbq chicken sandwich, its on wheat bread and has little fat in it... tastes ok too !

Since grilled chicken breast is pretty low-fat, it's OK to have the bread. With the Wendy's triple, you wanna skip the bun.
In general, avoid eating higher GI carbs (bread, potato, fruit) and fats in the same meal.
 
not sure about this, but i will get a Subway footlong "Roasted Chicken Breast" on wheat. I have them only put some lettuce, green peppers and jalepenos on there, thats it, dry.

I then take a chicken breast from one half and add it the the other half, throw away the other half of the bread.

So I basically eat 6" sub with 2 chicken breasts.

seems ok, not sure about subways wheat bread though.

the reason I recommended the sandwich is because it has wheat bread. Anyone who eats white flour products, no matter what their goal is foolish. Wheat products taste equally good and are much better in every aspect. Other fast food options, corn tortilla based mexican food... stay away from flour tortillas, especially since most of the FF restaurant's tortillas have partially hydrogenated oils in them... el pollo loco is probably the best...legumes, grilled chx, and salsa... mmmm

you can have them make it like that for ya bro, just ask for double meat
 
prob the best meal in my opinion if your in a pinch are rotisserie chickens, available at most grocery stores
