ok some would call me a sucker for buying a device off a infomercial,but i am awaiting back surgery and have been put on short term disability by my doc.i cant work,or work out so i thought i would give this thing a try.i have been useing it on my arms alot and they are a little sore,of course if you shock any muscle enough it will get sore.normally i would have made fun of anyone that would use one of these things, i am a pretty big guy and will try anything to hold onto the beef i have worked so hard to get.was just wondering if anyone knows someone that may have used one of these things,and there results.i know i wont turn into ronnie coleman but if i can just hold on to a lil size it will be worth it
