or any other knowledegable bros; why on day's 3 and 6 on the ckd worksheet does the protein grams outweigh the fat grams by a decent margin?
 
Could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's the best method of ensuring that protein intake remains adequate - without the risk of going too high and setting the wheels of gluconeogenesis (the conversion of protein ---> glucose) into motion. I know that once I'm in ketosis I can get away with eating more protein and carbs without any trouble. But the first day or so of the cycle I really need to keep fat high and protein low.
