I almost died last year driving back from NYC. I was headed to toronto. I don't smoke. However, when i'm feeling sleepy behind the wheel, I light up a cig and smoke...every 30 minutes or so smoke a cig. keeps me awake. works every time. I know it's bad, but I drive 5-6 hours each way, thats 10-12 hours in one day sometimes to compete in arm wrestling tournaments and I need something to keep me awake
