10/23/04 weighed in at 184lbs.

I tied for 2nd place overall!!!

1st place in "Conans Wheel" and "Farmers Hold"

I didn't finish the medely but got 2nd on it.

I got 3 stones 235lb,255lb, and 270lb for a contest PR

axle clean and press for reps......5reps.....on the 4th rep I did a squat clean (it came naturally) and a continental clean on the 5th rep.

8 flips of the tire!!!

It was a fun ass day.....can't wait for next season!!!
