Fake serostem

Hey guys, just got my first gh kit, the serono serostem kit. Got nothing out of first 2 vials, checked lot #It was fake, mnh605a. Does anybody know what is actually in these vials? Haven't gotten sick or injection sores, just not got much of anything. Any help would be appreciated.
