normally i would say...
it's garbage but there a couple of "distributors" here in the states that sell stuff from our ******** in 10ml vials. one such individual actually made up his own labels. so, describe the vials and label. hopefully you didn't get screwed...

they were 10ml vials, clear glass, metal top (very tight). The label was semi-transparent with black lettering. It looked like a label you could by at any local copy store.
He let me taste it by putting a drop on my tongue. It tasted like sust. It kinda tingled and made my tongue go sort of numb, but I don't know, it still looks fake.

I have a rule that I use for myself:
1)If it looks fake, I'm not putting it in my body
2)If it's not a single amp, and is a 10ml vial, I will not use unless it's TTlabs, or others that I know of.

Totally with Mr X there, i hate all 10ml vials full stop.
