I didnt even finish typing my response and it was deleted. LOL

For me this just confirms when you try and question a board sponsor, well you just cant do it.

Yeah tried to add comments to a post about a board sponsor, it was deleted b4 I could save it, it has happend to me 3 times now, especially when order problems occur. The problem is they were resolved with no hassle or porblems at all, made them look better and I would have posted it as well. But it goes deeper that that when this shit happens.

I appreciate your bringing this up. I took a look at the thread in question and it was a customer service issue best addressed by contacting AG directly.

You're encouraged to critique the products of our sponsors, but posting "where's my package?" questions to a general interest forum is not productive or helpful - AG cannot help you find your order based on your EF screen name. I appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for posting this George, but it becomes another issue when there is no note of deleted threads. Yes they should be locked or a note of them being moved showing where they have been moved to, ie the proper place as you say, but just to delete them and have no note or thread showing where they have gone makes me not want to order from companies like that, I will not do business with companies who do not want constructive feedback. If the thread would have been left it would of had more EF guys jumping on it supporting it, than knocking it. But now more and more guys will not buy because they think something is wrong.

You are being silly bro. The Mass of EF dosen;t need to know everytime a board sponser makes a mistake. It is a business. I can't imagine if all my clients spent time on the same website and could openly bitch b/c there panties were bunched-up.......I wouldn;t have as much business for sure - I mean no one would.

al420, I totally agree with you that they cannot do this with all moans and groans, that is not want I am trying to say, its all perception m8.

I have no problem with things being placed in the right section, ie threads, what I do have a problem with is posts being deleted as though there is something to hide, which nearly every post is just a moan and there is nothing to hide, but time and time again its deleted without any trace. Just my 50 cents worth.

Actually, some of us *are* interested in knowing if a company, *any* company (board sponsor or not), has poor customer service or even shitty products. We all have tons of options out there...if I know that Company XYZ consistenly has issues / complaints, I'd rather just not deal with them.

I'm not saying the AAS forum is the best place for complaints like this, but it's always good to have that kind of information somewhere.

I agree - I am just saying that there needs to be a policy of sorts that prevents anyone from airing what could be nothing but dirty laundry

Sure, there's a diference between alerting the public of legitimate consumer issues and just raking up trouble.

The thing that gets me is one cannot recommend someone other than a board sponsor.

If someone asks what brand of liquid Nolva I use it would be nice to be able to say something besides “not AG guys”..

I understand the need to support our board sponsors and I sometimes do however, to pretend they are the only ones out there is ignorant.

The boards are a wealth of information and one should be able to gather as much info as possible and draw their own conclusion.

My 2ml,

Taoiron

What about having a forum for the sponsors to give feedback. When they are having problems with products etc time delays if someone has asked. I know they have customer service, but the products are touted from here so this is where the majority of guys will come back to if there is a problem. Deleting posts will just make the conspiracy theorists even thirstier, when there just in no need to be.

For eg. I had a problem last week with something I ordered from a sponsor. I found out about the product from here so I asked a question about a problem I had on here, sorted out straight away within 1 post from a good member. If that would have been deleted then I would not be happy with what had happend and would not order again.

This is a business and I understand that money is to be made, but customer service is what should be driving making more money, not the other way around. Just a thought.
