Hey everyone i am new to here yes. Well i have been lifting only since Jan of this year and ive been starting to lift heavier and i am getting some serious pain in my shoulder and my elbows but more on my right side does anyone have some advise for me. What is a good joint medicine i have Naproxyn (sp) but i just started taking it again should i just wait to see if i can feel it start working over the next two or three weeks?

Thanks

Could be a couple things.
Are you warming up before you start lifting?
Are you doing upright rows?
How is your form?

If you are trying not to take some time off,
Heat packs in the evening after a workout will help healing faster but notice which exercises are aggravating those areas and stop them and try alternate exercises.

I do like to start with a warm up set and proceed with my work out from there. I do stretch before i work out and warm up my arms. My workout i do a 4 day split. Monday i do Chest, Back, Legs. Tuesday i do Shoulders and Arms. Thursday i dont Chest, Back. And Friday i do Shoulders and Arms. I dont do the same exercises for my Chest, Back on Monday as i do on Thursday. Same with my Shoulders and Arms. I do upright rows and i do everything in my power to make sure that my form is good i dont sacrifice weight for technique but i do push my self as hard as i can in doing that.

My Stats.
5' 9"
180 LBS
12.2 % BF
Max Flat Bench is 245 well the last time i maxed that is what it was anyways.
12.5 in forearms
15 in arms
34 in waist
24 in thighs
14 in calves
No gear as of yet, only been training for coming up on a year.
My goal before i do a cycle is to get to around 185 to 190 and be at 7 to 8 % BF
I know i can get it that is not a problem ive already got a good source.

But anyways thank you for the advice i am going to get some heat packs for sure. Looking forward to getting to know everyone on the board
