Read a study found that a high volume olympic lifting workout produced a marked increase in testosterone (+ 45%) while a classic bodybuilding workout led to a decrease in testosterone ( - 70%). (Bosco et al. 2000)


Probably why I'm gaining crazy mad and why my acne is on the rise! :)

I've been trying to incorporate some explosive stuff, like cleans. Its good for a change of pace, and I've been enjoying it. However, I haven't got the technique down as good as I would like.

Are you sure that bodybuilding decreases testosterone though? What aspect of the bodybuilding program is the cause? The high reps, going to failure?
 
Power cleans, snatches, power snatches, hang cleans, hang snatches and many more that I am too tired to rememver...
 
plus squat jumps, clean pulls, high pulls, jumping deadlifts/shrugs, push presses, jerks and other hybrid complexes
