I always wondered why some guys can have sex two or three times in a row with just a couple of minutes break, or may be ten, and others need to wait like an hour or two to be ready for sex again. From what I read, prolactin is to blame, so I guess these guys just have naturally low prolactin levels? Or there is something else?

if you bang your spouse that many times a day then you are doing it wrong. the poor chick can't get off that fast. learn to take your time and do foreplay etc atleast so she gets pleasure too

and yes prolactin and dopamine are in play here. when you nut prolactin will rise and dopamine will crash. people with sex addictions will have dopamine levels much higher then normal, this will make them literally addicted to sex.
