Explain Bridging

Would anyone be nice enough to explain bridging to me? Id like to know as much as possible. Kind of like a Profile on bridging. Yes, i did a search, no explinations on it.
 
It's for guys who are "afraid" if you will, to come off. They take a small amount (i.e. dbol 10 mg/in the am, primo 100 mg/week, etc.) that will theoretically not shut down the endogenous test production and will allow them to better keep the gains they made from previous cycle. The reality is it will suppress you somewhat no matter what you take as a bridge, but maybe only to a certain degree...Personally I like to come comlpetely off, but for a BB competitor this may not be an option .
 
I was using 10 mg before noon. I think it worked well even though I stopped the dat before I had my blood tested. Check out my thread posted today labeled "blood test results" for my results. It was taken exactly 5 weeks post cycle.
 
I go to an endochrinologist that is very "In The Know" about steroids. He INSISTS that the so called bridge doesn't work very well for most and not at all for the majority.

He says that if you were not on bodybuilding doses of steroids and then did d-bol only in the am then this would not affect natural test production that much, although it would have some affect. He went on to say that if you were on bodybuilding doses and your HPTA was shut down then the 10 of d-bol in the am would have the tendancy to keep your natural test production either totally or somewhat shut down....full recovery IS NOT possible with a bridge according to him.

I think the "bridge" is one of the stupidest things I have seen associated with gear as far as its essential goal is concerned(ie give the old hpta a break and not lose gains, puhllleaaaze!)


If someone wants to bridge and knows their shit and what they are doing(and has some coin), a real bridge would be GH/Insulin.
