Expired multi??

hey guys, I have a bottle of multi vitamins with minerals i found in my cupboard that is expired.
Its a canadian product and I know that, by law, everything in canada has to have an expiry date on it.
Wondering if they are still good??

How expired? If stored correctly these type of things will last many years even past expire dates.

Stored in room tempurature cupboard.

I tried one today and havent had a sore stomach or anything like that.
