Expired Creatine!? wtf?!

nobody can answer this i bet!

i picked up a bottle of Creatine monohydrate i used to use a while back,.. well not a WHILE back... maybe like 6mos ago.

it said it expired last month! can it actually expire,...
or can i still take it?

I've taken creatine expired by 2 months before. If it was stored in a cool dry place for most of its life in my opinion it should be fine, but I am no expert and will take no responsibility should you have adverse effects.

i have a friend that works a gnc and they have to put everything on sale if it has a short shelf life remaining

go to the store and ask them if its policy to sell shit that has a short shelf life but some stuff really does just have a short shelf life i wouldnt doubt it with creatine
