Experts please help Newbie with Cycle!!!

I figured the best thing was to start a new thread and take recommendations and what i could do for a cycle. I figured out i have up to 10 weeks to run a cycle and would like to know the best alternatives. I have a bottle of 200mg/ml EQ on hand if that can be used in conjunction with anything. I would like to run Winstrol in my cycle if i can as i was told its out of your system quick as well.

I have never had a problem with hairloss before and have taken winstrol, if that helps at all. My only drawback on any advice is i dont want to have a screwed up ass after only one injection of Prop!! I would also like to know the PROPER way to go about PCT.

Im 6'3 180 pounds, 21 years of age and am looking not only for leaning hard muscle but a little more size on my frame too. possibly to get up to at least 195....

Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

why not run the eq 400 or 600 wk for 10 weeks and throw in the winny in the last 5 weeks
 
If you want size and to lean out you need to work on your diet. Get that strait and stick with it for a while. Once you are committed to it and seeing results you can rethink your cycle...
 
My diet as it is, is pretty disciplined. I try to eat minimum 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Always watching fats as well. I have ran track for 5 years now and have been well aware of my diet, i know steroids aren't an easy way out, i just need to get an extra kick start to better myself.

Winny and EQ wouldnt that only put on minimal lean mass, i really wouldnt mind finishing my cycle and PCT (if someone explains it more to me) and weighing in around 195 pounds.

Ok i always start with a 60gram protein shake as soon as i get up. Followed by my workout....after my workout i eat 6 egg whites with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast....Lunch usually consists of can of tuna or salmon on a salad.....round 3 or 4 i have another protein shake 40grams....then dinner is usually a halibut steak or a steak, lean ground beef etc. with some potatos carrots, and some salad....before bed i eat a protein bar...

thats pretty much as precise as my diet is...to get something straight i have gained 20 pounds in a year of sticking to this diet as precise as i can and im running the 400metre in 48 seconds...last year i ran it in 50 seconds!!!

i want that extra boost...
 
doesn;t sound like enough food bro. im cutting at 3200 cals.
btw 48 is a nasty time... my best when i was 16 was 52.2 .

I can always add more into my diet...i pretty much have my mind made up that i want to do a cycle...I just really would like to know what you would do if you were in my shoes and had your mind made up too??

like i said i have 200mg/ml of EQ but i LOVE winstrol, but want to know if anything else like Test Enat or anything else would also be an option...

I want to gain 15pounds of lean muscle, i dont know if thats possible, so im asking the pros.

PCT i still have no much knowledge on either....

MY only question is, if you have the time, can you break down if i took winny, test enat, and EQ how much of each id take, and how long for?!?

Would this be a good cycle to reach my goals in your opinion??

Most guys will tell you that EQ needs to be run for at LEAST 12 weeks since it take a little while to "kick in". I am running a test le 250/eq400 a week for 15 weeks (to break that down is is 250 milligrams of test le each week and 400 milligrams of EQ spread out into 2 shots a week). I want lean muscle gains with little bloat and sides so i chose EQ even though it is not as "fast" to kick in as say dbol or deca. So depending on how much you have, I would suggest you run it for 13 weeks and add the winny in there towards the end. However I have not run winny so someone else will chime in here for that I am sure. If you are going to run an EQ cycle over 12 weeks, make sure you read up on HCG, it comes highly reccomended to help your natural test production kickstart. Thats my 2 cents worth.

Week 1-10 Test E 500mg / week
Week 1-10 EQ 400mg/ week
Week 5-10 Winny 50mg Orally ED (Split into 2 25mg dosages) Winny has a shorter half life orally

Start PCT in week 11, run Nolva at 20mg ED for 5 weeks and Clomid at 50mg ED for 3 weeks. I would Do HCG at 1000iu's 3x per week for the First 3 weeks of PCT as well
 
I'd go with test cyp or test le, along with eq. use armidex as an anti-e, and nolva for pct. (and perhaps nolva throughout cycle to help with gyno).

or just use anavar if u really wanna play it safe. don't underestimate anavar. it's pretty good still at 40mg/day along with whey protein and thermo/levorex.
 
If you want to gain 15 pounds solid lbm I suggest you duct tape beef tenderloin to your arms, flank steak to your back and......

Okay, enough of the rant. Test E/500mg a week, EQ 600/mg a week. Anit e- and bloat control on hand. 12 weeks. PCT

Now go to your local music store and by some Neil Diamond and I promise you will add 20 pounds to your Max bench press. :Chef: :tuc:
 
It is no problem for me to get more EQ. SO Test Enat and EQ along with winny is probably the best bet to achieve my goals is what i am assuming the majority of you guys would suggest?

I really am not too familiar with anavar and it seems a lot more than these other things to me?!?!

Any other advice would be greatly appreciated....i assume my calories should be around 2500-3000 a day as well???

Test-400 - 400mg/ml, 10ml vial
test enanthate 100mg; test cypionate 100mg; test decanoate 200mg

dont know if thats any good????? If its too risky i think i would just stick with Enanthate because i dont really want any pain like i had with Prop....

Barry Manilow or Tiny Tim work better. I got 30 lbs extra on my last set listening to "tiptoe through the tulips" by Tiny Tim. I frigin hate that guy.

I would use 500mg test. 100mg of test e seems really low. Find some test in a 250mg/ml concentration and inject a ml on monday and friday.

You may want to get some a-dex to run for the weeks before winny so the bloat doesn't slow your time down. I gain about 7 pounds of water on cycle.

dude.. he said test-400... 400mgs/cc .. all thoise are long esters... just get some test e.. 250mgs twice a week.

Ohhh my bad, i read it as he could get a 400mg/ml test or test enanthate 100mg or test cypionate 100mg or test decanoate 200mg. I didn't realize he was saying what was in the blend. Sorry, read it wrong.

At any rate 250mg twice a week.
