Needs a full spectrum incandescant light bulb for heat and light.
Feed em live crickets from the local pet shop.
They don't eat when they're cold or the day is short.
Most of them do better in a large glass aquarium, rather than a cage
Ask the pet store about lizard safe bottom sand or shavings. Has to be sterilized. Lizards are very prone to pests/parisites living in natural sand.
Wood limbs to climb on also harbor parisites, so buy them at the pet store or be sure to bake them at high temperature to kill the little bugs before putting in the acquarium.
My sister-in-law has a Colorado Horned Toad named 'Rado.
