Whatsup guys. I have always had this problem when working out my legs, i dont know if it suppose to be like this or what, just so that i am not in the blue here;
after my first exercise or 2, my quads are thrashed, by the 3rd or 4th exercise (my last sets) my legs are SHAKEY as fuck when i try to stand on them. like they are spasming out of control, is this normal?
its always been like this for me, just thought might as well get some input on it.
never had a leg related injury.
