I have a question about "Durabolin", NOT Deca-Durabolin!

My question is, If I was to run Durabolin for 4 weeks, would it be wise to run Test prop along with it, or is durabolin ok to take by itself since it is fast acting just like test prop?

Please guys, I know some guys who do this an they get the results I want. Not much of a mass gain, more of a lean hard muscle gain a little bit at a time. Its safer and the thing is, I only respond to steroids in the first 3-4 weeks. Thanks,GM.
 
Seems to me, since Durabolin is so fast-acting, it would be better to stack it with a long-acting test like Cyp or Enanth. But Durabolin rocks -- I've never gained so much lean muscle so fast.

GM, if you have enough of it, run 400-600mg/wk. That should provide some pretty awesome gains. This is actually one where you might consider tapering up, especially considering your comment that you only gain in the first 6 weeks. Start at 400mg/wk and work up to 600mg/wk. I don't see a NEED for the prop, but it would put your strength through the roof. :)

That high of a dose with durabolin!? and you think that prop is a bad idea!? What are some opinions on this?

<laugh> dude, I never said prop was a BAD idea, just that you don't need it. Look at it this way, how much deca would you do in a week? Deca and Durabolin are pretty much the same thing, except that Durabolin acts faster and has a little less water retention. If you're not comfortable running it that high, then don't. I assumed you were experienced with several cycles behind. If not, then lower it to 300mg or 400mg/wk. The reason that 'traditionally' you'll see Durabolin run at a lower dose isn't because you "don't need as much", it's because it's harder to get, more expensive, and usually less potent (mg/ml) than deca.

One more thing, do I need to use clomid after using this stuff? I have never used this stuff before, just test. Thanks, GM.

I'm only saying it isn't 'necessary' because Durabolin on its own can provide some very nice gains, especially at those higher doses. The prop is going to add some water retention to your cycle, as well, and I think you'd said you want very clean mass. If you did 200-400mg/wk Durabolin and 300mg/wk prop, you'd probably have very low water retention and make some very good gains off it. I think Durabolin rocks. I love test, test is never a bad thing for me, but it just depends on EXACTLY what you're trying to accomplish.

How long should you use durabolin at a time in your opinion?

Wow, that's a loaded question. How long would you use deca, or test prop, or anything else? Actually, keep it to short-acting substances. How long would you run Fina, or Prop, or Suspension? That's how long I'd run the Durabolin. The longer you're on, up to a certain point, different for everyone, the more you'll gain, but the greater chance you'll have of losing it. I don't cycle 'traditionally', but I keep my gains. I'd probably cycle it up, then come down and run maintenance for several weeks before coming off. That'll help to solidify the gains. How long did you want to run it? Where are you trying to get here? 5lbs solid, 10lbs, 20lbs?

5lbs each time I use it would be what I want. Would I only need about 3-4 weeks to accoplish this?

Yeah, you should be able to do 5lbs in 3-4 weeks easy. Then go off, maintain it, and then do it again. You could put on some very good quality and long-lasting muscle over a period of 6 months.

GM, my last piece of advice.. get some more advice. What we've talked about is all attainable, but it would still be good if you could talk to someone who knows you well who has experience with Durabolin and can address your specific needs. It's easy for me to help my friends, I can look at them and ask them pointed questions. Maybe post your question on another board or two, summing up what we've discussed here. Getting my perspective alone would be like assuming you could win 6 NBA championships cuz some dude from Chicago posted that he'd done it. I'm sure you get my point. Best of luck with this cycle, my man. And DEFINITELY please let us (atleast me) know how it goes. There are so few Durabolin users out there, that hearing about their experiences is always something in which I'm interested.

This is actually the second board that I posted this on so I am getting a lot of peoples opinions.

My stats incase you want to know are.....

5'10, 230lbs, 12%bodyfat, 19.6 incharms, max bench 385 (probably 405 now).

My 1st and only cycle was sust 250mg/wk for 8 weeks. Gained and kept 23lbs, and dropped 1%bf. i kept all gains just by using clomid. The stats I gave are current (14lbs bigger now than when I was on my cycle and a tad leaner). I gained all my weight in the first 3-4 weeks, thats why I want to go with short, fast acting cycles.
