I know here is probably many post about training, but just wanna hear your opiniens. What kind of training is better for lose fat...??? Exercise every day..I mean..every day different body part {like monday just chest, tues just back...} or do two body parts together {like bic+back, chest+ tri...}???? and what about rep..better lift HEAVY {6-8rep} or moderate 12-15??? or pyramid???
