Experience with Site Injections?

I am interested to hear how many people believe in spot injections. Is it up to the hype? I've heard it stretches the muscle fascia and allows for bigger muscle growth.

myth tested out by needsize... was doing 3 cc's in his bi's ... they only grew at normal rate with that cycle

My two cents: they do make the muscle bigger, but only for a few days. Try injecting winny in you calves and see them grow an inch in a day. You'll have huge calves for about 4 days, then they start to shrink back.

growth is a complete and utter myth, granted your NOT taking synthol, then it will happen. but like drswole said, we'd all have huge asses.
