have any of you just hit a week after coming out of several weeks of balls-out training sessions, that you just feel like when you get up, you want to lay right back down. i am thinking i want to take a week off. the last time has been about 4 months so i don't see the harm.the only problem is the tren i will be taking. i may back it from ed to eod inj. or just come off completely the whole week.what do you bro's think??

take a few days off you are more then likely over training and have over taxed your body a rest will do it good
 
don't mean to hijack but i am feelin the same.....running test/tren/mast igf and proviron and the injects has my whole body sore...also have been training hard....i don't know if its the constant pain or overtraining (because strength is through the roof) that has me feeling real fatigued, hot, slight headache etc or if its the tren???


If this is how u are feeling bro i would love to know as well. If nothing else this is a bump to the top 4 u.
 
I have been told many times to take a week off every 8 weeks, hard to do, but when I feel like your are explaining, take off one week,

And you will come back totally mentally and physically, and you can cut way back on the tren for that week EOD and ½ the amount
