Excuses for blowing up so fast

Great post. You know, it is possible to gain rapid weight without using AAS. I put on 40 in four months natty. If you want to bulk you can bulk. Excuse = I ate more, and worked hard.

When I am on cycle I am sure to do the major three lifts first and heavy. Squats ,deads or bench presses at the start of each days workout depending on the day
One becuase they build bulk, Two becuase everyone see you following a mass building routine and when they ask questions you can just say you are on a full out mass routine.
They will see you doing the compound movements prob not think much about it.

People ask me if I'm on sometimes. It makes me feel good but at the same time I wonder what they would think if they actually saw someone that was on.

Most people don't train hard enough and don't eat enough. I saw some dude in the gym the other day and he worked out his shoulders for like an hour and a half. Mostly side laterals and various cable excercises. If you go balls out you could probably effectively get shoulders trained in 30-45 minutes. Sorry, just had to rant.

well, 4 years of lifting my shoulders had been totally lagging. i revamped my shoulder routing to

4 sets military barbell presses
4 sets military db presses
those get switched around which comes first
3 sets of some new shoulder exercise where hands come from waist with insides of wrists pointing forward and bring your hands over your head
3 sets of machine side laterals
3 sets of cable side laterals
3 sets of db side laterals
3 sets of front db raises
3 sets of reverse flies? name? hehe
5 supersets upright rows/shrugs

my delts have grown tenfold in 6 months, they have surpassed my arms now and i have striations starting to show. this takes me about 1-1.5 hours depending on how many fucking people are in my way at the gym GRRRRRR

hehe. a quick story, other day, huge ass black mofo in my gym, helping my buddy hand me the ez curl bar to do seated tricep extensions. i tell him dam you got big arms and he tells me he'll trade me his arms for my shoulders. i told him what we do and he looked stunned. he asks, a whole day dedicated to shoulders, i said yea man. this is why :) goes to show. maybe this guy you speak of is trying to accomplish this.
