Starting next Saturday, I will be providing fitness consulting services at the brand new World Gym in Boca Raton, Florida. I will be working alongside John deFendis. This facility is awesome; the nicest I've seen in 28 years of working out. If you happen to visit South Florida, or if you happen to live there, please stop by and visit.
