excessive water retention

lol, I shit you not. I know it sounds retarded. I don't know how it does it, but I did it after I met the trainer of this old school bodybuilder, remember Francis Benfatto? I was asking him how to keep my body clean while on a cycle so I dont get sodium rentention and oil buildup in the body because I wanted to control water retention and acne. He told me put a couple of lemons in a gallon of water and drink it every day. It worked. It sounded stupid but I had clean skin and very little water retention while i was on sust/d-bol/deca. I just expelled alot of urea and junk out of my body. One time I was watching ESPN, and they were talking to the Yankees conditioning coach during spring training, and he said he made everyone drink lemon water only during spring training because it cleans out your body and gives you an energy boost. Bernie Williams said it worked and he felt great, and he laffed because he thought something else was in it that nobody knew of. Which might be true. But I've done it with every cycle I ever did and I believe in it. Who knows, try it out every day during a cycle and tell me what you think.

It can't hurt, but keep one thing in ming - too much lemon may cause your dick to go limp. I remember hearing that one from an old European chef that I used to work with. Never squeeze too much lemon on your oysters - it will take the lead right out of your pencil.

I'm gonna try it. I'm really concerned with my sodium retention. So is my doc. When my workout clothes dry, they're nearly white from sodium I've sweated out. Might very well be the cause of my high blood pressure. Hell, if squeezing a couple of lemons in a gallon of water every day helps, great. If not, well, at least I've gotten some extra vit C.

How's your diet? I'm sure you watch your sodium intake, but maybe you're predisposed to retain salt. I noticed Bill Phillips advises using lemon juice on anything you would usually put salt on. Poultry, fish, and even put it on plain pasta, rice, salad, vegtables. It's very hard to stick with but it's not all that bad if you allow yourself a cheat day of eating normally salty foods. I usually force myself to do it and it's torturous but it reaps a hell of a lot of benefits.

And as far as too much lemon juice making your dick limp.lol I don't know, I've been doing it for years and my dong is like steel. Although my GF hates the taste of my load when I use lemons in everything. lmao. Oh well. Put sugar in it and make lemonade byyatch! :blow:
 
lemon water is an very old remedy. it also works when you're trying to get sober, from drinking, it makes you throw up, i.e: clean out your system. this is very common is a lot of cultures.
 
Try Perijil Water big 24oz before bed, keeps water retention down!!. I also think Deca might cause water Retention a lot more then other compounds. I would replace with EQ or Primo but if thats all you got, try some Liquidex or Letro
